| Security deposit | 150 euros which can be paid upon arrival and will be refunded after inspection of the property. |
| Cleaning charge | Cleaning charge is only applicable if the property is not left in the exact condition that it is found. Otherwise a 60 euros cleaning charge will be taken out of the Security Deposit. You will be asked upon arrival what your choice will be. |
| Winter heating | 60 euros per week |
| Fire place timber | Fire place timber for the first night is complimentary, and then available for purchase. |
| Cancellation Policy | For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival date, there is a fee of 150 euros. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival date. |
